Agro - Fulbari Agro Resort

Overview

Fulbari Agro Resort is an unique resort seated at the Badigad VDC of Baglung, Nepal. The team of resort has its own agro business. We all know agriculture is the main source of food, income and employment in Nepal. However, taking this into consideration, we still rely heavily on food sourced from outside of the country. This is a result of the inability of the agricultural sector to keep up with the growing population of the country. There are lots of problems in agriculture but what ever team of resort has started agro business to support the local community and for resort itself.

Focusing in the promotion of commercial farming and export quality products from the local private sectors to brought dynamic and robust changes in the agriculture field, Team of Fulbari Agro Resort has started agro business believing to overcome the several problems by improving the functioning of agribusinesses in Nepal. Some farming business done by Fulbari Agro Team are described below.

Livestock Farming

Livestock Farming is one of the agro business done by Fulbari Agro Resort in Badigad Rural Municipality, Eklekhet, Baglung, Nepal. As seen in the picture above buffalo and cows are raised for the production of milk, Sheep are raised for meat and wool as well also Hens are for meat and eggs. The produce products from the farming is marketed to local market and uses in resort itself. Fresh meat of local cock, goats and sheep, fresh milk of buffalo and cows are available in the resort for the guest as per the guest demand.

Agriculture Farming

Agriculture Farming is the another agro business done by Fulbari Agro Resort in Badigad Rural Municipality, Eklekhet, Baglung, Nepal. As seen in the picture above Different types of vegetables are grown like Cabbage, Cauliflower, Chilli etc. The produce products from the farming is marketed to local market and uses in resort itself. Fresh green vegetables are available in the resort for the guest as per the guest demand.

Fish Farming

Fish Farming also done by the Team of Fulbari Agro Resort which is situated in Badigad Rural Municipality, Eklekhet, Baglung, Nepal. As seen in the picture above separate fish pond was made for the farming. Fishes produces from here is marketed to the local market also used in resort too.
